Fantastic stay, definitely charmed!
clean room excellent location late kitchen
The location was EXCELLENT. My room was lovely and clean. I really liked the pool. The kitchen was open late, helpful. I had a great time.
The EV charge point was out of order upon arrival. There is only one for non-Tesla cars.

unfriendly staff missing usb
The location was excellent for exploring the city.
I was underwhelmed for a hotel at this price point. The room lacked USB charging points, something pretty standard these days. The TV did not connect to the internet, preventing screen mirroring. Spa staff were unfriendly, telling me children are only allowed in the pool for one hour in the mornings.
